LAKESHIA R. DOTSON

Lakeshia R. Dotson, a native of Mobile, Alabama, holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Auburn University and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Troy University. She has completed the Women’s Campaign School at Yale University, as a Human Resources Project Manager.
Dotson translates business visions into HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement across multiple industries. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dotson is actively involved in her community. She is a dedicated member of the Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary Court #350 and the Cathedral - Basilica of the Immaculate Conception.
She serves as a Tree Commission Board Member for District 2, a Senior Bowl Committee Member, and a sustaining Junior League of Mobile member. Dotson is a past president of the Mobile Alumni Auburn Club and a lifetime member of the Auburn Alumni Club. She has also served on the Leadership boards of the Mobile Arts Council, YWCA, and American Cancer Society and participated in the Leadership Mobile program.
