Dr. Geralyn C. Shelvin

Dr. Geralyn C. Shelvin is the Immediate Past Supreme Lady for the Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Axuiliary (KPCLA).  Dr. Shelvin has been a member of  KPCLA  since transferring from the Junior Daughter Division more than 30 years ago. She is a charter member of St. Paul Chapter  3 of the Fourth Degree Ladies of Grace Division. She has served KPC on the national level in the Fourth Degree Ladies of Grace Division as Supreme Navigator, Supreme Captain, and Conclave Scribe. She is a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church and serves as a Minister of the Eucharist, Minister of the Word, and Coordinator of the Ministers of Care. Her affiliations include Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., National Council of Negro Women, and the National Black Catholic Congress to name a few. Gracious Lady Shelvin is a registered nurse with graduate degrees in health care and business administration. She is employed by the United States Government, Veterans Affairs Department.

Her current affiliations include Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated (Immediate Past Chapter President), National Council of Negro Women, National Council of Catholic Women, Sigma Theta Tau International (Honor Society of Nursing), Lafayette Chapter of The Drexel Society, Incorporated (Charter member/President), and the Diocesan Pastoral Council for the Diocese of Lafayette.  Dr. Shelvin is married and lives in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Native of New Orleans; earned degrees from University of Arkansas, Oral Roberts University and Tulane Law School. Former U.S. Navy JAG. Served as a Senior Attorney for FDIC, EEOC, Social Security Administration, and HUD Office of Resolution Management. Former Director of Delta Law Foundation and Deputy Director of Legal Aid of Arkansas. Lecturer of Public Law at Xavier University. Since 2010 Everette has served as the National Advocate of the Knights of Peter Claver, Inc. and is the Immediate Past Executive Director of the Saint Peter Claver Foundation.

James Kelley Terry

James F. Kelley Terry is a native of Jackson, Mississippi and a current resident of New Orleans.  Mr. Terry possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Affairs from Jackson State University and Master of Urban Planning (Developmet Planning) from the University of Kansas.

Mr. Terry is a Principal for the KL&M Company of New Orleans, a consulting firm, and has been responsible for developming and implementing grants and regional long-range plans for transportation and community and economic development.  Mr. Terry is an active member of his local church and many of its programs.  He is the past National Secretary of the Knights of Peter Claver and has served as the Interim Administrator of the Order.

Delilah Gauthia Francis

Delilah Francis, a native Texan, holds a BS in Business Technology from the University of Houston, a MBA in Business from the University of St. Thomas, a Masters certification in Project Management from George Washington University and is a certified project manager.  She is a 32 year employee with Shell Oil Products.  She participates and supports the programs and projects that educate and develop the youth of her church, Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church with vigor.

Mrs. Francis volunteers as a Court Appointed Child Advocates (representing and supporting children within Child Protective Services custody).  She also volunteers with Ronald McDonald House, Komen Race for the Cure (race participant); UNCF Annual Walkathon supporter and participant; The Metropolitan Organization (TMO) - parish leader; Houston Food Bank, Red Cross and promotes careers in science and engineering through presentations made for the Texas Scholars Program.

Her memberships and affiliations includes;  Sodality Altar Society, Our Mother of Mercy Church, The National Women of Achievement - Houston Chapter - Financial Secretary, The Drexel Society - North Houston Chapter, Project Managment Institute (PMI), University of Houston, Black Alumni Association - Board Member, The Metropolitan Organization (TMO) - Parish Leader, Knights of Peter Claver and Ladies Auxiliary - Houston, TX - Grand Lady.

Lori McCoy Shuler is a Paralegal at one of the largest national law firms.  She has more than twenty five years experience in the legal field.  As a member of the Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary she has been a member of numerous Court, District and National Committees advancing in leadership roles and is a member of Ellen Marie Jackson Chapter 13 of the Meritorious Ladies of Grace division.  She is currently a member of the National Court Board of Directors serving as the Western States District Deputy for the Ladies Division. 

Mrs. McCoy Shuler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies with a concentration in Litigation from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law and Paralegal Studies and a Master in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Project Management.  She serves as President of JustTeach, a non-profit for Los Angeles youth development programs.  She is the President of her Home Owners Association.  She also serves as the President of the Holy Name of Jesus Pastoral Council and serves her parish as a Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist.  Her affiliations in member groups extend to the Los Angeles Paralegal Association and the National Notary Association.  She is a volunteer and supporter of the California Black Woman's Health Project.

Consuella Broussard
Immediate Past President

Consuella Broussard is a native of Port Arthur, Texas.  She received her high school diploma from Sacred Heart High School, a Bachelor of Science Degree from Xavier University, New Orleans, LA; M.ED and Mid-Management Certification from the University of Houston.  She completed additional studies at Texas Southern, Prairie View A&M, and a branch of the University of Maryland in Frankfurt, Germany.  Her professional career for 37 years was in secondary education.

Mrs. Broussard served KPC as Texas State President and Supreme Lady of the Ladies Auxiliary from 1982 to 1988.  She served as National President of the Drexel Society Inc. 1998 to 2006.  Active in her home parish, she is currently Chairperson of the Liturgy Committee, a Lector, an Extra-Ordinary Minister of the Eucharist and member of Seniors in Action, and the Altar Guild.  Additionally, she is serving as Immediate Past President of the Drexel Society, Inc.; Chapter President of the National Women of Achievement, and President of the Les Charmantes Social Club.

Mrs. Broussard is a member of the: Houston Chapter of the Drexel Society Inc., KPCLA Court 159, South McGregor Civic Club, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Jack and Jill of America Associates, YP Duplicate Bridge Club, the American Duplicate Bridge Association, National Women of Achievement (Life Member), and Les Charmantes Social Club.  She has served on numerous City and National Boards.

She is the wife of Edmund Broussard, the mother of four wonderful children, and Grandmother of six.
