Frances M. Owens

Frances Owens is a retired Federal Employee who gave 33 years of service to the US Postal Service.  She is a member of the Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary in Denver, Colorado for over 20 years and is a Charter member of Ladies of Grace Chapter 42.  The best way to sum up Mrs. Owens is a faithful servant.

Mrs. Owens chairs and volunteers for many committees including a successful program that led to the unveiling of a display case at the Blair Caldwell African American Research Library.  She is active in many groups including her sorority.  She hold positions on boards including the Eagle Legacy Credit Union and Sacred Heart House a shelter for homeless families, where she participates in every level such as cooking, purchasing and serving over 25 familes.
She is a wife and mother of eight children, fourteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
